Service Offering Under the Protection Framework (Red, Orange and Green)

Operating Safely

Bay Radiology will continue to provide essential medical imaging examinations under all levels of the Protection Framework. Face coverings must be worn (unless a valid exemption is held) and social distancing maintained within our facilities.

Support People

We appreciate the importance of having a support person with you for your examination, however during this current outbreak, in order to help protect all patients and staff, we strongly encourage that you attend your appointment alone, wherever possible. If a support person is required there is a strict maximum of one (including children), they must be well and wear a mask.

Patient Wellness

In order to keep our staff and patients as safe as possible, anyone who is showing any symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to enter the building. If you have had a COVID test and are awaiting a result, please phone us straight away as we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Contractors

All contractors entering our facilities must be fully vaccinated, wearing a face covering and scan in using the COVID Tracer App. Please be prepared to show your vaccine pass upon arrival.

Be Kind

Our team are here to help you. Please be kind and patient with our team, and remember to scan in using the COVID Tracer App, or have it manually recorded at reception.

Operating Safely

Bay Radiology continues to provide medical imaging examinations during Alert Level 1, in a safe manner.

Phone Ahead

You must phone us on 0800 467 4260 if you have any respiratory symptoms so we can advise you of the details of where and when your examination might be able to occur.

Limited Entry

We are still aiming to limit the numbers of people in each building to aid with social distancing. Please remember to scan the Covid 19 QR code upon entry.
